Address: Carrer de Mallorca, 236, 08008 Barcelona, Spain
Nearest metro station: Diagonal [L-3 and L-5]
Hours: 8am to 1:30am
Reservations: they don’t take reservations, but if you go during the non-peak hours, you won’t have to wait for a long time. I went for dinner around 7pm (in Spain, people usually eat late – 8pm or later), and I waited about 10minutes to be seated.
Famous for: Tapas! This was one of the places I found when I was researching for a good tapas place in Barcelona. My other option was Tickets, but it is impossible to get a reservation at Tickets unless you book more than 2 months ahead of time, so I ended up going to Cerveceria Catalana and loved the food here. The ambience and service was also great at the restaurant. I took a picture of my receipt, so you can get a sense of how much the dishes cost at this restaurant.
